This document sets out the terms under which the website blrstudio.ro may be used and under which Brasovean Online SRL (“BLR Studio”, “we”) provides its services. Please read this document before using the website or requesting our services. By using the website and submitting the contact form, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
Website – the website available at blrstudio.ro, including the English version at /en. Client – the natural or legal person who requests or purchases BLR Studio services. Services – the marketing and related services described below. Content – texts, images, video, graphics, code and any other material published on the Website.
BLR Studio offers digital marketing and related services, including: management of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), email marketing, marketing strategy, social media management, web development and conversion rate optimization, consulting and marketing audit. Concrete details, deliverables, timelines and prices of each collaboration are set individually, through a proposal and/or a separate contract agreed with the Client.
The contact form on the Website is a request for information and does not constitute a contract. Collaboration is considered concluded only when the parties agree in writing on a proposal or sign a services contract. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not match our field of activity or our values.
Service prices are communicated individually, depending on each project, and are set in the agreed proposal. Payment methods and deadlines, as well as any advertising budgets (paid directly to platforms and not included in BLR Studio’s fee, unless otherwise specified), are detailed in the proposal/contract.
Marketing involves many variables that are not exclusively within BLR Studio’s control (product, market, offer, seasonality, advertising platform decisions). Therefore, we do not guarantee specific results (for example a certain ROAS, number of sales or leads). We commit to delivering the services with professional diligence and based on available data.
The entire content of the Website (design, texts, graphics, code, logos) belongs to BLR Studio / Brasovean Online SRL or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or use without written consent is prohibited. Rights over deliverables created for the Client are governed by the services contract.

BLR Studio is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages resulting from decisions of third-party platforms, from incorrect information provided by the Client or from factors outside our reasonable control. The Website is provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations caused by a force majeure event, under applicable law.
Any dispute shall be settled amicably; otherwise, the courts at our registered office have jurisdiction, under Romanian law. As a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution platforms:
